This catalogue was assembled from a 1942 printed index and automatic matching, and parts of it have never been checked by a person. If something is wrong, telling us is the fastest way to fix it.

Corrections go into a queue, are reviewed by hand, and land in the public dataset as a recorded change. The page images themselves are scans of the printed edition and are not edited.
